Super knowledgeable team. I came here for a pre-purchase inspection, and they pointed out issues and details that weren’t on the Carfax and weren’t visible to the eye. Really helpful, honest, and thorough, highly recommend them for anyone buying a used car.

I’ve been taking my bmw to EBB for over 5 years and in that time I’ve not only had them service my car for routine maintenance, but have had a series of heavy work completed for worn seals causing oil leaks needing to drop the entire engine, saving me thousands off the bmw dealer’s quote. With every job, Edward and his brother Ryan have taken care of my car. They don’t just tell me what’s wrong, but show me why the part needs replacement. They’ll even point out when something can wait to be fixed allowing me to financially prepare myself. They’re honest and transparent. Their shop is immaculately clean, organized and they keep detailed record of the work they’ve done through the years. They respond quickly to my texts and even send me videos on their diagnosis when I’ve dropped off my car. They deliver my car in better condition and on the day promised; I’ve not once had an experience where I’ve been dissatisfied. My engine is extremely clean considering how old my car is (2015) and I believe I’ve been able to keep my car all these years because of the quality of their work. Although I’m not family, they certainly treat me like I am and I am eternally grateful. I realize I’m no

These guys are really awesome I been coming here for the last 5 years and they have been my trusted mechanic ever since. They've helped me with me so many mechanical advice and repairs. I recommend everyone with a bmw to visit. I been to many bimmer specialist and shops, there is no one else in the inland empire with more honest, affordable (aftermarket budget) and reasonable (OEM) prices. Excellencent job guys keep it!! ☺️

I had an amazing experience at EBB auto mechanic shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and honest. They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and went over my options without any pressure. The repairs were done quickly, and the pricing was fair with no surprise charges. My car is running better than ever, and I truly appreciate the quality of work and great customer service. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto repair!

EBB Elite BMW & Benz MDS in Fontana has been my trusted shop for years. Finding a mechanic you can rely on—especially for BMWs—is not easy, but this team consistently delivers. They’re knowledgeable, transparent, and always take the time to explain what’s needed without any pressure. What really stands out is their professionalism and pride in their work. The staff is welcoming, the service is efficient, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other shops in the area. Both of my BMWs are serviced here, and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. If you’re looking for quality work and a team you can trust, this is the place.
